At Boogzel Clothing, we want you to love your aesthetic wardrobe. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure all items are in their original condition, unworn, and with tags attached before securely sealing them in the original packaging.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
